I am extremely thankful for the team at FFun Dodge. They are very respectful, courteous and their customer service is exceptional.
Wayne helped us to pick out a new 2025 Durango. He was kind, professional, and really went above and beyond for us. We also traded in our car. We were quickly given a very fair price on the car. Our finance guy also gave us plenty of very helpful, honest advice. Outlining our options clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Also, the bathrooms are very clean and have a clean, safe baby changing station.
Air filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced. I was charged a hour and half labour. At Great Canadian oil change i wouldn't have been charged for extra labour just a higher cost of the filters. So i will no longer be using this dealership for any thing for my vehicles.
I dealt with Barry on a used Ram 1500. The transaction was fair, professional, and very easy, including the handling of a trade-in. Aaron in finance was very honest and forthright. The dealership staff were all excellent, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Quick mechanics and great customer service. A shuttle is also provided which is awesome. 10/10 overall.
