My XT5 was in for Inspection/Emissions, LOF, TIRE ROTATION and safety check I PAID for ALL services on the ro‼️‼️ I arrived home to find out that ALL SERVICES WERE “NOT” DONE BUT PAID FOR‼️‼️‼️ SHAME ON YOU SCOTT CADILLAC SERVICE DEPARTMENT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ How many other customers did you RIP-OFF⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️ CADILLAC OWNERS BEWARE AND FIND YOURSELF A REPUTABLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DISGUSTING Gave one star because it wouldn’t let me give ZERO to post this WARNING ‼️
I had my car towed there. They were extremely honest and they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Mike kept me updated and was extremely nice and professional. Will definitely bring my car back to them when I have an issue arise.
