Never responds to phone calls Needed refill. He's very busy, hower. There needs to be plan to return calls by a nurse who can approve prescriptions
Still dissatisfied!! Father in law still hasn’t heard from this doctor about a plan to deal with his 9mm kidney stone. We all understand doctors are busy and so is everyone else. However if I tell someone I’m going to call them I do. This doctor has failed to call my father in law since his office visit on 4/4/25 as he said he would do! So far not impressed with this doctor’s professionalism. He told my father he would call him on Friday 4/4/25 to discuss what to do about a 9mm kidney stone after having X-rays done. Father tried calling his office twice today(Monday) and again no response. The only thing this doctor has done was prescribe pain meds. My father is in his 80’s and has never had a stone before. At the least the doctor should discuss the treatment options with my father and address his concerns promptly.
Omg he was my urologist until he moved to Hillsboro. I’ve not seen one since. He is the best ever!!! I’ve been needing to see him so I googled and found he was back in Burlington. I will be making an appointment. YAY!!!!
