The doctor is a great listener and proactive. Contacting office is very difficult. Staff is very friendly.
When it was almost time for my appointment I received a text. The text included a link to their address which opened up the gps app. Day of my appointment, I followed that link and ended up at the wrong address. To clarify the text did not have the address written, it was a link straight to Google Maps. I called and the dr refused to see me since I was late (even tho by the time he stated this I was 2 min up the road). I was made to reschedule and had to miss more work. Dr. Schumacher is an excellent physician.He went through my test results throughly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and Baycare!
Dr. Schumacher was fantastic. Extremely well informed. Obviously he’s very much aware of the latest trends that has happening because he was able to put me on a very effective bronchodilator which is also an anti-inflammatory and also had steroid powers that helped me start breathing a much better and get back to work as soon as possible.
Staff was professional and Dr. Schumacher was thorough and answered all my questions.
