Everyone was professional. Appointment was on time. The doctor took the time to spend with me and listen to any issues that I was having.
This provider did not show any type of emotion. Seemed to be in a rush to get out the room after I waited 30 minutes. Came in did not introduce himself, did not confirm my identity. Worse part I was there for an annual exam and all he did was listen to my heart and lungs. What happened to the remaining body systems. I am waiting for the EOB to come through to report him. Never again.
My chronic pain issues continue to be ignored. I’m done.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Schuhmacher. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained my condition in a way that was easy to understand, and discussed all available treatment options. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and he made sure all my questions were answered.
