They refused to refill my medication unless I come in to the office even though I was just there a few months ago. Amazon Pharmacy tried to contact the office for over a week and there was zero communication from the office. I sent a message through the patient portal and there was zero communication as well. If you want an office and doctor that could care less about your well being, this is the office to go to. If you want to see a DR that cares, go elsewhere.
Dr. Schumacher and his staff provide exceptional medical care. Recently, I was in for my annual wellness checkup. Dr. Schumacher was methodological in his health review and provided valuable next steps to help ensure the best possible outcomes for my health. He and his staff are very friendly and professional.
Everyone was professional. Appointment was on time. The doctor took the time to spend with me and listen to any issues that I was having.
This provider did not show any type of emotion. Seemed to be in a rush to get out the room after I waited 30 minutes. Came in did not introduce himself, did not confirm my identity. Worse part I was there for an annual exam and all he did was listen to my heart and lungs. What happened to the remaining body systems. I am waiting for the EOB to come through to report him. Never again.
