Unfortunately, the practice has gone significantly downhill over the past few years - their primary focus is making as much $$ as possible. After coming here for over 15 years, was shocked at how I was treated. Their staff actually charged my account for a late fee and didn’t even tell me, just tacked it on to one of their bills quietly. Highly recommend - professional, timely, sophisticated dentist. Very informative and collaborative practice with extraordinary care! Dr Province, all of the hygienists, and staff are lovely and always helpful. Best dentist I’ve seen in the city, by far.

Dr Scott was kind enough to see me with very little notice on a Friday afternoon with a cracked tooth, which is extremely painful. I have nothing but great things to say about her and look forward to her working with her throughout this process. I couldn’t recommend a more competent Dentist more than I’ve ever met my entire life…. and a great “chair-side manner.
