AMAZING!!! The Dr., The Care, and The Staff have all been amazing. We have gone to Dr. Justesen several times for different issues. Everytime has been a great!!!
Absolute worst customer service anywhere. The staff is rude, lazy, unprofessional, and condescending. I waited for over 50 minutes before I engaged the staff to discern what the issue was as they completely ignored me. I hope you read this feedback/review Scott Justesen, this is a public assessment of your staff that interacts with us the paying customers daily. Dr. Justesen’s poor surgical skills and bad judgment caused a lifelong problem for me. Unfortunately he would not listen to my concerns and what I needed. I do not recommend this surgeon unless you want surgery done fast and bad. Please find a competent surgeon who is willing to listen and is kind and caring. Stay away from this doctor.
Scott always does a very good job. My husband’s hip has never been better. His bed side manner is one of his greatest assets.
