I am a nurse by trade so to say that I'm picky would be an understatement. Dr. Hood's staff is helpful, professional, accommodating, and clearly invested in the wellness of their patients. My husband and I have both had work done in addition to cleanings and we have absolutely no complaints. Plus, the office is immaculately clean - something that I take very seriously! In summary, I cannot recommend Dr. Hood and his staff highly enough - enough said

Ive had two appointments so far with Dr. Hood, a cleaning and a filling. My filling was to take care of a tooth that an old dentist had not done a good job with at all. Dr. Hood did an amazing job repairing the damage done, and it was painless. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable dentist and someone who really knows what they are doing.

My first initial appointment with was not a good one. Sensory overload from many loud tvs, the abruptness of the dentist telling me I needed an extraction & a root canal & crown without allowing time for questions, and the hygienist undoing the protective coat on my sensitive back molars that my last dentist had done, (although she did turn down the tv). It left me with a painful mouth for over a week and having to go back to my old dentist for a second opinion and more out of pocket expense!
