I initially signed up with State Farm at Aurora location, besides one person in the entire office was very slow hard to get a hold of and just very hard to work with to the point where I would not even get a call back for weeks at a time so I had no choice but to leave and I’m glad that I did. Omg! I thought I would have to pay a really high monthly for auto coverage, I almost accepted my fate until Madison reached out and intervened. She got me the coverage I needed for much less. My experience was personable and warm, I felt like a human being. It pays off to go local I guess! 10/10 ☀️
