Worst AV Company. I I would give 0 stars if possible. This job is not an event production job, it is a setup & tear down job. Leadership refuses to listen any recommendations on how to improve gear & work. Crew is super toxic. The Ops manger had no clue what went on a daily basis & the sales management would go overboard on the tiniest details. Over priced and over used equipment. The staff member that I worked with for a couple of years was not with the company anymore his name was Ashley. He was honest respectful and professional.
