Very pleased with the construction of our new home.
We are very happy with Scott Britton Construction . We purchased a new home from them while it was in the final building phases. We made multiple changes on the finishes and some electrical changes during this time. Each change was immediately addressed - within a day - and then scheduled for implementation. The finishes planned by SBC are better quality than standard construction grade and there were extras in the cabinetry and bath areas that we really appreciated. Scott is still currently building a home in our neighborhood and unfortunately some of us in the neighborhood has received no response to getting the huge dumpster out of the street. I know I have call and left voice mail and neighbors have also reached out to Scott. Today I asked one of Scotts employee about moving the dumpster to the vacant lot and this gentleman was rude. 50 plus homeowners should not have to drive around this huge dumpster in the road constantly but we have too, because so far nothing has been done excep... read more
