I have been a patient of Dr. Bornstein for decades. When decisions must be made between options, he presents the pros and cons and his answers to my questions are easy to follow. He knows I like to be involved in decisions re: my eyecare and, while it undoubtedly takes more of his time, he is thorough and patient. His staff is warm and professional and they are also good communicators.
