Let me say first off that Dr Bornstein is a fabulous doctor. My criticism is with how his practice operates. Two and three hour wait times, double appointment bookings, and an understaffed practice. I will be finding another eye doctor because of these issues.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bornstein for decades. When decisions must be made between options, he presents the pros and cons and his answers to my questions are easy to follow. He knows I like to be involved in decisions re: my eyecare and, while it undoubtedly takes more of his time, he is thorough and patient. His staff is warm and professional and they are also good communicators.
Have seen him for years! Always great results!!
My husband was tx for his second cataract surgery under the care of Dr. Bornstein and his wonderful office staff, hospital staff. The operation, protocols were seamless and excellent! My husband is overwhelmed with gratitude and the success of this procedure. Thank you for making this experience so successful!
