Everyone was very polite and efficient. Wait time was a bare minimum. Everyone was well informed concerning me and reason for my visit. Explanations and answers to my questions were quick and throughly answered. A Full explanation of my surgical procedure was given and scheduled.
I felt respected by Dr. Blooms and his assistance. They treated me like a person with details that they were interested in learning - regarding my health issues. Other Doctor I recently had seen at adventhealth (Dr. Weaver) treated me like someone just dropping by. No real interest in my person. Just what's wrong? ( try this and see you in a month.)
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bloom today for potential surgery to remove gallstones. Dr. Bloom was incredibly thorough and considerate, as I had numerous questions. He took his time to explain everything to me. He’s kind, attentive, and understands how to effectively communicate with his patients.
Dr. Scott Bloom is an excellent surgeon and he has assembled a strong staff. I especially like working with his PA, Ms. Reagan Taylor. I had a small ventral hernia just above my navel which came about because I forgot that I shouldn’t exercise like I could when I was twenty. Dr. Bloom has a solid reputation for his skill in laparoscopic/robotic surgery and trains other surgeons in this procedure.
