I added reliance plumbing to my plan and had to wait 10 days for the plan to start. Not once after explaining what was going on ,did the sales rep tell me it wasn't covered. My basement drain was backing up. Reliance sent the first Tech and I was told snaking the basement drain wasn't covered. It would cost 599.00. I wasn't charged because their snake wasn't working on the situation. I told them that the city explained earlier that it was probably tree roots.
