Worst experience with any business I have ever had in my entire life. This is coming from someone who has worked in the trades most of my life. Scott completely lacks integrity, makes promises he does not keep, makes appointments he does not show up for, overcharges, his sub contractors do poor work, he charges for work he does not finish, and will brag that his brother-in-law is a lawyer if you try and get him to fix his mistakes. Words cannot express how much anguish this business caused my family. Avoid at all costs. If you bought a house built by them, hurry and find all the problems before your "one year warranty" expires.
Do not be a fool like myself and hire this company. They cost us thousands of dollars that we should not have had to pay, caused us massive pain and heartache, we had to hire other contractors to fix their mistakes, and the owner multiple times was not truthful and did not stick to his word. Do yourself a favor and find a contractor that will do what they say they are going to do.
Scott is a great guy and builds a very nice, quality home!
