This was my second visit to ECC and I'm still impressed with how well run, friendly and efficient this practice is. Everyone knows their job and there's no "It's not my job". How refreshing to know that if you have a question and they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. Everything is explained and you leave knowing what your diagnosis is, what treatment is required, and if you have any questions afterwards you can call and get them answered.
