I was trying to buy a new home. I was working with Kevin. I had to repeatedly call to get any information on getting my new home buying process started. Kevin basically wasted 5 months of my time after I said more than once that this needed to be handled as soon as possible. He just stopped answering my calls and ignored my messages and emails.
