I would strongly advise thinking twice before seeing Dr. Markowitz. My child saw him repeatedly for chronic throat infections, but each visit was the same—brief exams followed by more antibiotics and steroids, with no effort to investigate the underlying cause or create a long-term plan. We eventually saw another ENT who recommended a tonsillectomy, as their swollen tonsils were the cause of the repeated infections, which was life-changing. My child has been healthy since. This Doctor is uncaring and has a cutthroat attitude. The office itself are incompetent before I booked and Appointment for a second Doctor's opinion and I asked for a specific Doctor to be seen by. When I showed up to the scheduled appointment after going hell back finding parking and calling to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late and nobody picked up the phone, which ended up paying $25.00 garage for less than two hours and aside from that had to walk to the place for closed 10mns.
