Glenn, Tow Truck Driver provided excellent services while assisting me with towing my car.
Called insurance at 7:36 am for a tow. Confirmed a tow pickup for 8:33am. Called multiple times and was given a new time several times. By 11:06am I called again, no answer. Insurance called, no answer. Called again, no answer. I was located in wentworth at the time waiting for the tow, needed to take it to my mechanic in Eden. Had another tow truck come all the way from Ridgeway to tow my vehicle after waiting in the rain for almost 4 hours.
Hey, I just had Larry as my tow truck driver tonight and when I tell you awesome customer service he is the epitome of it knowledgeable fast response time and he’s a driving so-and-so lol all in all great experience thank you
