Took my newly bought used Altima in for an estimate as the first time I pulled it into my right angled garage, I scraped the edge of the garage door. Jason came out and looked at it and took the car away for 10 minutes to see what he could do. He came back and my car was like new. No scratches. Apparently what I thought were deep scrapes must have been from the garage door paint. He did not charge me. I tried to pay him a couple times but he said no. The rep was very nice and patient in explaining the estimate and the process.
The time it took to repair my car was very reasonable(3 days) and I was happy that they were using genuine VW parts and VW certified technicians. My car looks perfect! It looks as if nothing ever happened. They washed it and detailed it inside. Looks brand new!

I needed emergency repair service for the passenger door because I had to keep it a secret from my husband. I looked up a few places and this one had the best reviews so I went for it. Glad I did because things were taken care of fast and I didn't have to end up hiding the bill from my husband too! Thanks for the help, I owe you big!
