Absolutely zero disability awareness from the receptionists of this practice. I have cerebral palsy and rang to make an appointment. Got told to go to the hospital due to my "slurred" speech. Zero effort to look at my notes or actually listen to me. Very upsetting

Unfortunately can't leave zero stars. Completely useless service. Anyone who wants to see a doctor is told to call at 8am. You call at 8am and they say the call waiting list is at capacity and they can't answer. And if you get through you can only get a telephone appointment. You can't walk in to book an appointment. I have has soon many issues with this waste of time practice. I will be changing, and I advise ANYONE wanting to use this surgery to go elsewhere. Still average. My left chest pain that was 'nothing' per A&E & GP, turns out to be sub critical heart disease of the LAD ( if critical its the Widow-maker !). Good job my gut told me something was not right. A&E in fairness found nothing, so I was sort of elated. 1 ECG of 2 or 3 had minor anomaly, which I understand was caused by improperly attached sensor (I am hirsute).
