I had an emergency molar extraction with Roni and Sinaed on a Sunday evening and they were very friendly, professional and explained everything really clearly. I was nervous but Roni allayed my fears and carried out the procedure quickly and painlessly - thank you so much! Hope this review finds you well. I called into the office for an emergency appointment for my mother as she was in a lot of pain and our usual dentist had no available appointments at the time she needed one. Our first interaction with the practice was great. The receptionist managed to fit my mother in the same day and arranged a consultation very quickly — we really appreciated the speedy response. Just finished my treatment today, which included a root canal and a new crown. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years, mostly at Birmingham Dental Hospital, but the treatment I received here was brilliant. The outcome was even better than I expected. awful, had treatment that I had payed for, then was told I need different treatment on the same area, these guys are a money robbing scheme, it is awful
