Going to a urologist for a problem is no fun, however Dr. Angell made it very enjoyable. He provided a ton of information in language I could understand and gave me solutions that seem to be working. He ran tests during the exam where other doctors would make me get another appointment to do the same things. I appreciate getting the information and prescriptions all at once rather than multiple appointments. Great doctor !! I hope I don't have anymore issues but if I do, I will be going to Dr. Angell.
Terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment here. Receptionists are also rude and not helpful at all
At the consultation appointment, Dr. Angell told me what to expect during and after the procedure and he answered all of my questions. I knew then that I was in good hands. Today he performed the procedure and it was quick, easy and comfortable. We made small talk and laughed throughout. It was clear that his work is second nature to him. Dr. Angell is a consummate professional and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
He kind of made fun of my situation. He looked in a hurry while discussing with me. I didn't felt comfortable getting treated under him. I changed the doctor and the new doctor gave much better treatment plan.
I had an appointment with Dr Angell this afternoon. I arrived 8 minutes late. He refused to see me. He sent his nurse out to inform me. The nurse claimed that “Dr Angell had a tight schedule and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled.” They never bothered to call me earlier in the day before I drove a long distance to get to PAMF facility in Mountain View.
