Terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment here. Receptionists are also rude and not helpful at all
At the consultation appointment, Dr. Angell told me what to expect during and after the procedure and he answered all of my questions. I knew then that I was in good hands. Today he performed the procedure and it was quick, easy and comfortable. We made small talk and laughed throughout. It was clear that his work is second nature to him. Dr. Angell is a consummate professional and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
He kind of made fun of my situation. He looked in a hurry while discussing with me. I didn't felt comfortable getting treated under him. I changed the doctor and the new doctor gave much better treatment plan.
I had an appointment with Dr Angell this afternoon. I arrived 8 minutes late. He refused to see me. He sent his nurse out to inform me. The nurse claimed that “Dr Angell had a tight schedule and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled.” They never bothered to call me earlier in the day before I drove a long distance to get to PAMF facility in Mountain View. My husband's first visit to Dr. Angell was very positive. I feared that my husband would be defensive and uncooperative because he felt he didn't have a problem and thought I was pushing him. Dr. Angell immediately seemed to sense the situation and defused any concern. He was very kind, straightforward and attentive. He was both friendly and professional, and did not waste any time conducting the exam and explaining the results. I felt comfortable that my husband was in good hands.
