Really bad primary care provider. I was sick and instructing him on what Specialist I needed to see. And afterwards I want to see another Specialist he told me that I had to come back in because he needed office notes. I been there 3 times, this means that you definitely was not listening to me. Yes I left and will never look back. Misdiagnosed is the number 1 killer.
