My first appointment (for depression) was 2 hours and mostly paperwork for billing, I saw Dr Spaulding ten minutes, paid $200.00 2nd appointment was a battery of tests and puzzles, did not see Dr Spaulding. 3rd appointment was by phone, he recommended therapy, promised a call that afternoon "tomorrow at the latest" to schedule. Three weeks go by no call.
