This is a review of my experience just trying to schedule an appointment to see the doctor, after a referral fromanother doctor. I have been on hold for a total of close to 3 hours in the past two days. Yesterday I waited on hold 45 minutes while an intermittent recording said there were 0 callers ahead of me, then said there was a problem with the system and to call back later. Dr. Sonnier is one of the most compassionate doctors I know. He understands that these patients are dealing with a lot. He never forces his personal beliefs on anyone. I would definitely recommend him.
Never rushed, always willing to listen and offer suggestions.
