Scott, as you know I am in Puerto Vallarta. After my 1st cortisone shot lastFebruary I was in excruciating pain by May. Second cortisone shot into L4-L5 end of June I was normal again but also knew I didn’t want another shot nor back surgery... having acupuncture 3 x’s a week and figuring out my herb supplements I am 3 months in and feel normal... If you got a diagnosis that leaves no hope, seriously consider Scott Paglia. Because of his wealth of knowledge and expertise, there may be hope when you were told there was none. I am now getting better and will actually heal so it is great to reach out to alternative resources if you have nothing to lose but a bad diagnosis!
