Waited two years to get the implant paperwork straightened out. Once I hand delivered it, I got my implant within a month at a Silverdale location. Now two months after being seen for a crown nothing has been done. I guess I'll be heading to American Lake VA dental clinic for that.
Totally annoying. I grew up in the area and after moving back I finally have made the push to find a new dentist. I was excited to try this place, but when I called their hours were wrong and they took days to get back to me and only after I let them know, I was having an emergency that they called me back . I would’ve never wasted my time had they noted something on their website or message machine that listed that they were no longer taking new patients.
