Super nice staff. Dr Hotchkiss and Suzi Jones are wonderful providers and take the time to listen and treat their patients well.
I was referred to this doctor by Urgent Care. I called to make a first time appointment and I was told I needed to fill out paperwork first so the doctor could review it and decide if he wanted to even treat me first. What kind of crap is this? I'm a healthy 41 year old woman that wanted to get a simple health exam and become a patient. Since when do doctors play this game of "I want to decide if I want you as a patient" crap?? This is picking and choosing. Doctors are here to treat and serve the public.
