called yesterday, no return call, sent fax this morning 9:09 am no response. Need a letter to send to VA to get prescription filled because I have no insurance until December. This is unacceptable. So Monday I will go to the office and I GUARANTEE SOMETHING IS GOING TO GET DONE.
