Dr. Scott Bresler now works for Christ Hospital Behavioral Unit. He has helped me with a mix of CBT & DBT therapy. A few words of advice, if your not willing to be open & do some mindful searching from within, your journey to heal & seek some peace will be prolonged as medications only help so much in your journey to find peace & calmness in your life along life's bumpy roads.
