Had such an amazing experience at this clinic from the moment I entered the clinic. Front desk, Raj, was super helpful and friendly. Got me checked in very smoothly. Hygienist Gurpreet did my cleaning, absolutely 0 pain and super comfortable process. Followed by a checkup from Dr. Atwal, super knowledgeable and cleared all my concerns. No extra random procedures were pushed on me and gave me very clear and straightforward answers.
I always have a great experience at 72 dental! Amazing crew all around!
First thing I wanna acknowledge is that the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. It goes a long way to put someone at ease. Everyone seemed nice and open, and as much as I can say that considering we're talking about a dental appointment, it's been a pleasure.
Very friendly and Knowledgable staff. Appointments are precise, never Kept waiting. Pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and professional. The receptionist, Sana, was very kind and helpful, and overall I had a really good experience.
