While the work was done properly and the staff was friendly, it seems they are trying to handle more clients than they can, leading to long wait times for car repairs. Both times, the delays caused me to run out of my rental car insurance coverage, leaving me without my car for over a month and forcing me to pay out of pocket for a rental at $50/day.
