Called to request service. Their response was, "we don't have anything now", um, what does now mean?? "we don't have any technicians to send you"... ok, when will you? "maybe 3 weeks" oh, gee, I guess you are very busy. "thank you, goodbye." Wow.
Got our sub zero ice maker repaired today and was extremely delighted by the level of customer service and professionalism. Couldn't recommend enough
