I called them with a dental emergency and instead of being sympathetic or helping, the person who answered the phone decided to lecture me. She decided by herself that I apparently was too poor for them to help and wanted to go into great detail how expensive they were. I hate to leave a bad review, but i do so because things like sanitation and humane interaction matter to me, and it as either this or filing a more official report to local dental authorities, which i might yet do. my main concern: My dentist did not numb prior to using the needle, twice, causing 5-10 seconds of the most severe pain ive felt in years. When i called him out he claimed that for the roof of the mouth it wouldnt have worked- yet the first time it was done on the side, so that reasoning does not hold. Also when ... read more
The staff team members and doctors are so very friendly, warm, accepting ,accommodating and just plain great. And the exam chairs are the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in.I'd like to have one for my house if I could.
