I have never been a fan of cauliflower crust but I will be buying it from Scots . With a husband that is diabetic it is a great option to have a local place that can accommodate his needs and also be something that tastes great. Have never had a cauliflower crust taste good other than this one. We will continue to buy from Scots.

Absolutely love this place! The pickle back pizza is amazing! The staff is always friendly, ingredients are on point and always fresh! 10/10 highly recommend! Update: They also have a gluten-free option! I was hesitant at first but after trying, found to be amazing tastes great and would recommend if you want pizza and have gluten allergies!
We were in Burnet for the weekend and picked up 21 pizzas on Friday. The order was ready on time. The staff was amazing and the pizzas were incredible!
