Very disgusted with company. I call them last week of October about a broken spring on garage door “left message”. They called me back the next day saying they would try to be out today and make repairs. They did not show up, I figured no problem it was late in day. They will come tomorrow. Waited two more days, call them back and left message. They called me back two days later. Leaving me a message stating they will be here this coming Tuesday, Nov 15th. Had a malfunctioning door. Called and described what it was doing. Gave me advice & didn’t have to schedule a service call. Thanks & if ever needed I’ll give you a call.
Came out to readjust barn doors after installation, quality customer service fast response good job.
Great customer service, highly recommend.
