Gave them a call about my cat because she’s not doing well and when I called and said what’s going on they told me to look it up on YouTube and hung up on me. The dude who answered should be fired and should not be aloud to be a receptionist if he hangs up on calls that may be urgent and tells them to watch a YouTube video.
Called about post op the man who answered the phone listened then hung up on me after not responding. Shows how professional they are and how little they care keep your pets away from this place.
