This is not a veterinary hospital. If you are in need of emergency services after hours, please drive to Vass or Fayetteville. The bad reviews are well deserved. This man lied to my family about the condition of our pet, and showed no urgency during the emergency visit. I beg of you, PLEASE seek care elsewhere. If your pet needs true emergency services, all he can do is send you somewhere else. You won’t get any help here.

It was costly, but it was emergency services and on Sunday. The vet was able to get us in immediately. Also , he was very thorough and my dog is doing much better.
I called late in the evening recently regarding my aging small dog who was having issues with his trachea condition and a male answered. His tone was terrible! This “receptionist” came across as irritated and offered little reassurance or direction during a stressful moment, even though I spoke relatively calmly. This lack of compassion and professionalism made an already difficult situation even more stressful.
