Gave them a call about my cat because she’s not doing well and when I called and said what’s going on they told me to look it up on YouTube and hung up on me. The dude who answered should be fired and should not be aloud to be a receptionist if he hangs up on calls that may be urgent and tells them to watch a YouTube video.

This vet is the best ever. He's taken care of several of my goats. His prices are good, and he always answers. I am so very thankful for him and his family. ❤️

My cat was having some serious issues when I got home after 5 days of being away. She was lethargic, she couldn't keep her head up and she looked skinnier. I immediately called Scotland veterinary hospital and was able to get ahold of Dr. Labib directly. We met at his place of business at nearly midnight as you can tell from my watch in the pictures.
