Upon arrival you wait in the reception area, then are taken back to an interior waiting area, and later taken to an examination room when one becomes available. At that point, you will be seen when the other rooms have been cleared. Expect wait times up to 2 hours or more. Very unprofessional facility. Wait times excessive. No notice when appointments are running late. Denied service after expressing concern. Be sure to ask if the doctor you are to see is running late.
