Friendly staff, Check in no problem. Arrived at 2:20 Wait until 4:40 -then there and 2 more patient in front of me. Noone informed on delay. If I'd been 20 minutes late. I'd be reschedule.
I was put a two to three month wait time for my surgery, a week before the surgery the doctor decided two change there surgery days to one a week. That put me back two months, two days before surgery they wanted a prior authorization for the surgery. I can only eat small amounts of food and they want me to wait another two months for the surgery. I should not have to wait for the third surgery. They would have asked two weeks before the second surgery for the authorization form not two days.
