Me and a friend came to the Robyn concert on Sept 15, we had section 300s but were approached by LIAM who was working by the elevators that take you to the suites, he saw that we were looking for our section but ended up giving us “upgraded” tickets to section 109. We were very pleased by this and he was such a wonderful guy full Of customer excellence. Thank Scotiabank for an amazing evening , this is probably my 50th show that I’ve been too at Scotiabank , always an awesome experience. Great venue and props to Liam.
