Extremely rude staff
I'm a long-time Scotiabank customer, but this branch has been a major disappointment. Many of the staff seem unfamiliar with even basic account and credit card procedures — especially at the front desk, where they were unable to assist with something as simple as activating a new credit card. If you're looking for proper service or detailed guidance, I wouldn't recommend this branch. It's only suitable if you just need to use the ATM!

Today , (date dec 13 2024 ) I went to the branch to wire transfer some amount to the USA . The customer service rep (with specs on ) seemed to be very impolite and impatient . He didn’t even reply to my sorry or thank you after I realized I already had the details and was by mistake looking in the remittance form which I should have been given to him . And his reply was “ see I was telling you “ !! He didn’t even say that it’s all done and kept me waiting until I had to ask him if it’s all done and if I can leave . He still ... read more
