Incompetent staff at the 420 Dupont branch. Create needless hoops because they can't think critically or understand a given situation. Seems like they are barely knowledgeable about their own bank’s workings. Everyone should switch to Wealthsimple; these institutions deserve to go broke.
I have had only good experiences at this branch- the staff has been very helpful and quick to assist me.
Really just an overall bad experience with one of the advisers and with the branch manager at this location. The adviser was pleasant, but she really didn't know details about some bank procedures related to my request and promotions they were running. I literally had to pull up a promotion on my phone, that I had seen on their website, to show her, because she didn't know what I was talking about... and the promo was coming to an end at the end of this month!
