Branch manager is so rude and horrible
The employee very patiently and listening to the customer I had problem on my account I went today to solve the which I call first customer service they told me to go to branch anyway the main point is the employee wright the customer complain and finished the problem with explanation then the manager came so rude and try to tell me the problem from my side and take down the complain with lound talking un respecting customer concerns plus they was low shortage employee instead of making to serve on the line customer she star... read more

basically this place sucks. do NOT go to it. my Father went to put a check in and they put it into the wrong account and also, it seems like the staffs gives no care in the world about anything. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. THERE ARE BETTER Scotiabank's in saskatoon. Once again this place is garbage, staff suck etc etc.
