They literally never know what they are talking about and often give contradictory answers.
Bank with someone else other than Scotia. Wife came in to get her card replaced as she was having issues with several vendors not accepting or reading her card. Teller at the branch kept telling her to go back to the vendors and try again as it was ‘good’ on their end. We’re going on a trip and want her card sorted. What happened to customer service? Will switch her bank and mine.
the worst service in this place, wanted to change $2000 to change money they ask a lot of questions, the first time this happens, this place works very poorly, the whole operation took 15 minutes to calculate, then they started checking the photo I d asking a lot of questions, and in the end they said that they can only change $1000, every time there are problems in this place, and the last time to make a copy of a business account they asked to pay $180 for 3 years, I will never come here again, use only banks on 8th street... read more
