Every time I come in during the week, the branch is well staffed. But on weekends, it’s always a long waiting game—especially since they’re only open on Saturdays. Some staff members seem uninterested in helping and provide poor customer service. Most people work during the week, and with the branch closing at 5 PM, many don’t have the chance to visit until the weekend. You would think weekends would be better staffed. EDIT: What seemed like an easy pleasant time was of course too good to be true. Signed all the paperwork at the approved 4.9% variable interest rate on my mortgage, and thought that was the end of that. Now, my first payment has come out substantially higher than quoted, and I received a renewal letter in the mail stating auto renewal of a 6 month fixed mortgage at over 7%?!
