The Branch manager at this location is extremely rude and tries to push the clients to a different branch. She is extremely unprofessional.
Unprofessional. Branch manager with purple hair wouldn’t allow me to withdraw money from my own bank account despite me having authenticated myself, and with a government ID on hand. Are people not allowed to access their own money at this branch?

Rude staff. If that wasn’t enough, most of the customer facing representatives are not trained properly to handle the most basic banking matters. The customer service manager, Doaa Ismail, is also quite rude and condescending, so it’s really no surprise that the staff should follow suit.
