Terrible service. I went to draw some cash out and the teller was dumbfounded when i gave her my Nexus card, like it was some made up ID. Basically involved her branch manager who had zero self awareness and peoples skills. I can easily see that branch go downhill fast.
the teller was so inconsiderate, incompetent and rude asked a simple question and was asked to give my id which i obliged and then was told it wasn’t the correct type? i asked which was but they just seemed lost and confused. horrible service
A teller at this branch is unable to assist a customer to pay off a credit card bill using her main debit card acess. This teller can see the file in front of them. Makes a family member go searching for the credit card at home. Then after they are able to figure it out after multiple people figure it out. They don't allow a older woman requesting to make a quick phone call to her children to let them know issue resolved and she is returning home.
