I had an amazing experience at Scotiabank located at 647 Dundas Street East Unit #1, Toronto. I went there for the first time to open my Scotiabank account, and I was lucky to meet Evelyn Dang. Terrible service. I went to draw some cash out and the teller was dumbfounded when i gave her my Nexus card, like it was some made up ID. Basically involved her branch manager who had zero self awareness and peoples skills. I can easily see that branch go downhill fast.
the teller was so inconsiderate, incompetent and rude asked a simple question and was asked to give my id which i obliged and then was told it wasn’t the correct type? i asked which was but they just seemed lost and confused. horrible service
