I’m beyond frustrated! Why are we paying a carbon tax when your bank demands I show up with a stack of printed documents and won’t accept digital copies? It’s 2025, and you’re running things like it’s the 90s, piling up unnecessary paper waste. This is ridiculous and bad for the planet.
