It is beyond frustrating that I cannot get a response from Harrison Thornburg or Sohil Chaudhary (branch manager) at this bank. My RESP funds are being held hostage. The representatives continually drop the ball. The messages via email and voicemail go unanswered. It is more clear to me why this branch has a 2.4/5.0 stars. I want to commend the tellers at Scotiabank for their outstanding service. They are always professional, friendly, and efficient, making every visit a great experience. The tellers handle transactions smoothly, and Eswa, their supervisor, ensure everything runs seamlessly. Their dedication to excellent customer service is truly appreciated. Keep up the great work!
Absolutely atrocious service at this Scotiabank branch. I had already called customer support, my home branch, and visited another location before coming here—just to get basic information about my own account and banking history. I needed this information urgently for a rental application and had already been trying to get it for four days with no success. No deposit option In ATM machines in weekends since 3 months, complained orally in office but there is no action at all
Just about the worst branch in the region, if you can go to another branch, better yet another bank I would highly recommend doing so. Despite strong headcounts on weekends and weekdays, expect to be told they can't handle anything more than simple transactions for you. They always seemingly have many appointments on hand and can't help you despite talking to eachother during regular business hours.
