Terrible experience. I have been visiting this branch about once a month for the past two years to exchange coins for my business, and I have never faced this issue at any other branch. This time, I was told that I cannot use my personal account to exchange coins for business purposes. This policy was never communicated to me before. After initially providing the coins, they asked me to wait for the manager.
