I went here on Monday Dec 8th at 2:25pm to withdraw my money from my account. The teller (i don’t know her name but she seems to be an Indian beautiful young lady) but she obviously needs to have a better customer service manner. I am a customer, but after i am done, she did not ask me if i need anything else. Then i said “thank you and have a good day”. She look at me and said nothing. So weird, that is not a manner of normal person at least, not to mention she is in customer service. She makes me feel like i am here to ask... read more
Wow.. the staff here really needs to have a lesson in customer service. They're always terrible but wow... today took the cake.
The worst branch, I went to this branch to close my checking account and asked me for a monthly fee of $17, and I'm pretty sure I don't need to pay for that. Later I went to another branch at Steel & 404, and they quickly helped me solve the problem without any charge.
