Terrible experience. I have been visiting this branch about once a month for the past two years to exchange coins for my business, and I have never faced this issue at any other branch. This time, I was told that I cannot use my personal account to exchange coins for business purposes. This policy was never communicated to me before. I went here on Monday Dec 8th at 2:25pm to withdraw my money from my account. The teller (i don’t know her name but she seems to be an Indian beautiful young lady) but she obviously needs to have a better customer service manner. I am a customer, but after i am done, she did not ask me if i need anything else. Then i said “thank you and have a good day”. She look at me and said nothing. So weird, that is not a manner of normal person at least, not to mention she is in customer service. She makes me feel like i am here to ask... read more
