Great customer service, but one star for the ATM machines what are an absolute disaster.
I went to Scotiabank. Google shows that it closes at 5 PM, but when I got there at 4:50 PM, they knocked on the door and told me it was closed and that they actually close at 2 PM. I asked an employee inside why Google says 5 PM if they close at 2, and they said they didn’t know and that the manager is responsible for updating it. I was very upset because I needed a bank draft. This is not right.
Natasha Ronaldson is simply the best. Professional, knowledgeable, and follows through on what was promised. Helped me solve a problem that would have taken much longer on the phone. Scotiabank: Protect her at all cost
