This branch is the worst Scotiabank I’ve ever experienced! Even the branch manager has little or no knowledge about business banking! All young and inexperienced, waste of time to go there. I have had business account with Scotiabank for over 15 years. Never had any issues with depositing cheque to my account except for today. I will never go back . I had my banking done by going to another branch, in a few minutes the same day.
Careless and confused Staffs, the costumers sitting there and nobody call them, plus crezy app in that I can not understand why there is a pymt in my credit card?!! when I went there in person they told me to call me, later they called me and asked me again same information I explained in the branch!!! And always ask me why not apply for mortgage from us? why not deposit payroll in Scotia?
