Bad experience , wont come back again
They remove access to accounts for adults with disabilities, and won't even let the adult with a disability access his own account. The most poorly managed branch of the worst bank. Go to any other institution. Highly recommend RBC or CIBC.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Scotiabank. The staff are always welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and do their best to help with whatever you need. It’s great to deal with a team that’s both professional and kind. Their customer service makes banking here feel comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!

This branch of the bank is a disaster with new employees who need more training. They opened an account for me and now they are asking me for a thousand forms of documents for a $1500 credit card. I have been in Canada for two years with a good credit score but every day they ask for a new document for a $1500 new credit card but I have $18,000 in credit cards at CIBC right now.
