terrible service phone call
This branch has specific very inconvenient policies that are not found at any other location. Replacing a card turned into a 3 day ordeal because the manager refused to issue a new card from this branch. Looking at the other reviews it seems this will be replaced by a TD very soon!
We went to this location to replace a damaged card and were told by two different staff members that a card replacement can only be done at the customer's home branch, which is entirely false (even confirmed that on the phone with customer service). We went to a different location a few minutes away and they were able to replace the card, no problem.
