In 2 years as a customer of this branch, I"ve been directed to call the branch manager Bibi about a dozen times, and have never once had that call picked up or had my voicemails responded to. Setting up my disability fund, they made frequent mistakes and had internal miscommunications which resulted in me needing to make many extra trips to the bank in person while extremely ill. It was an awful time.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. This team has my total trust.
