Simple language helped keep the exchange clear.
One of the worst branches I’ve visited. I waited for a very long time while only two tellers were working, and there were only two customers ahead of me. One of the tellers was working extremely slowly, showing a lack of urgency and professionalism. There was no effort to move efficiently or manage the line. After waiting far too long without any progress, I eventually gave up and left. I don’t understand why management is not monitoring this situation. We visited the branch today to open an account, staff name Zoei assisted us exceptionally well. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional, and her helpful attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Absolutely fantastic branch. There’s not enough words to describe how amazing and welcoming everyone is there. Every single visit goes perfectly well and planned. The financial advisors, the tellers, and the BA’s are all so amazing. I wish them continued success, this place is clearly managed well. (Shoutout the branch manager!)
