terrible service phone call
This branch has specific very inconvenient policies that are not found at any other location. Replacing a card turned into a 3 day ordeal because the manager refused to issue a new card from this branch. Looking at the other reviews it seems this will be replaced by a TD very soon!
We went to this location to replace a damaged card and were told by two different staff members that a card replacement can only be done at the customer's home branch, which is entirely false (even confirmed that on the phone with customer service). We went to a different location a few minutes away and they were able to replace the card, no problem.
Unbelievably poor service especially Ms Nikki who was very curt and said cross the street and go to Bmo Wow with this employment market at least be polite if you a have a job on nepotism
