Disgusting customer service i asked for new policy for new bank account she said book appointment we will discuss seriously they were at front for whatt ????! If they can’t answer anything .
Because of the poor customer service at this location/poor training of the bank tellers at this location I honestly feel uneasy when I step into this bank. I wonder if other locations are better? Be careful here! For example I went to pick up my AMEX credit card here, but the staff couldn't find it. Another example is, I put money on my AMEX card here, which is supposed to be an instant post, but no the teller made a mistake; thus, I had a decline at the Devonshire mall when I was trying to make a payment.
