Why even have atms. They never work. How FRUSTRATING it is to try and use an atm that will not deposit or withdraw. Figure it out. USELESS FI
Excellent service
I cannot stress how many problems there is with this bank, not the location, the bank as a whole. I would never recommend this bank to anybody and I cannot wait to switch banks the second I get a chance. Problem after problem after problem. Do yourself, your funds and your sanity a favor and move along.
Branch in downtown I was expecting to have access to the ATM during the weekend but it’s closed they don’t care that people may need cash during weekends as well.
Bank is pathetic, I have never had so many problems cashing a check in my life. It has screwed me over multiple times. On top of the fact that my app password was always getting changed on me. Thankfully they fixed that, still the whole problem with cashing a check and screwing me over is a big issue and I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere. If your thinking of opening an account with scotiabank I would highly not recommend it.
